Abstract
In this article, the author investigated how it is essential for teachers to be aware of modern principles and techniques since professional teachers must meet all the requirements of the 21st century and keep up with the latest innovations in the world of education. This trend contributes not only to the overall performance of the teacher, but also to the amelioration of students` learning process.
