Technological process for formating of spherical surfaces of horny department working organ

Abstract

The technological process of expansion of a cylindrical sleeve of a flexible joint working body and the method of its design are given. The improved design of the hinged flexible screw working body with advanced technological capabilities has been developed. The engineering technique of calculation of a spherical regulating surface of a flexible screw conveyor is presented. The scheme of forces and stresses during expansion of a cylindrical bush is presented. The graphic interdependence of the ratio of the radii of the expansion hole r1 and r2 with different values of the feeding force, the dependence of the change of the force expansion of F on the permissible stress of the material with different ratios of radii is shown. It has been established that even in the case of r1 / r2 = 0, the internal load should not exceed 0.5 F according to the theory of the largest tangential stresses or 0.58 F – according to the energy theory of strength. That is, for an appropriate size of the enlarged hole, an increase in the diameter of the sleeve will not increase the strength by increasing the thickness of the wall.
