TECHNOLOGIES OF ECONOMIC RIVALRY AS AN INSTRUMENT OF INFLUENCE ON GLOBAL ECONOMIC PROCESSES IN POST-SOVIET COUNTRIES

Abstract

Introduction. The urgency of the topic of scientific research is related to the inadequate study of the problems of economic rivalry and confrontation in the conditions of increasing globalization of countries and nations, increasing the influence of factors of the environment (economic, political, informational, etc.) on their internal policies and the state of the economy. Methods. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. General scientific and special methods are used in the process of research, among which the most significant are: abstract and logical method – to formulate the conclusions of the study; methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization – to study the main tendencies of economic rivalry; a system approach – in identifying the causes and factors of global economic rivalry. Results. The causes and factors of global economic rivalry are identified in the result of the study and its negative impact on the development of national economies is determined. The peculiarities of economic confrontation between different countries are established. The modern paradigm of economic confrontation between the countries of the former Soviet Union is analyzed. The possibilities of influence of technologies of economic competition on economic processes in post-Soviet countries are generalized by the author. Discussion. Technologies of Russia's influence on neighboring post-Soviet countries for achievement of geo-economic and geo-political control over them are considered in the article. The study of methodological principles and principles for increasing the effectiveness of the impact of technologies and instruments of economic competition on national, regional and global economic processes, minimizing the negative effects of trade and economic competition are promising areas for further research.
