TECHNOLOGIZATION" OF COMPETITIVENESS: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The current state of the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of competitiveness technologization has been analyzed, the limited nature of the methodology of analysis of interconnections in the system "technology – productivity – competitiveness" has been substantiated in the light of labor and capital factors of profitability growth, which lives out significant differences in the structural components of the technological resources and in time characteristics of the modern technological competition.It has been proved that indices of productivity cannot serve as а reliable benchmarks of global and technological competitiveness, since they do not take into account the factors of non-economic nature and, first and foremost, the rate of technological changes. It has been substantiated that solution of the problem of competitiveness technologization requires the application of methodology of complex dynamic system analysis emphasizing time determination of interconnections and the assumption of cumulativeness and singularity of modern processes of competitiveness technologization. The analysis of existing approaches to investigation of time characteristics of the modern technological competition has been given, the advantages of paradigmatic approach that is founded on the basis of technological singularity of development and which represents time asymmetries in the international technology race have been proved. It has been substantiated that time unit of analysis of technologization problem of Ukrainian economy competitiveness and of local enterprises is becoming one of the most important nowadays. First of all, it is the question of measurement and estimation of destructive processes concerned with destruction of domestic scientific and technical spheres during the period of transformation and also with the delay in the development of effective scientific and technical policy of the country nowadays.
