Technology of inclusion of Puerto Rico into the USA and the Crimea into the Russian Federation

Abstract
In the article it is analyzed and compared the inclusion of the Crimea into the Russian Federation with the inclusion of Puerto Rico into the USA. The international legal acts, concerning the status of this territories, are investigated by authors. The direct violation of standards of international law in Puerto Rico and Crimea is analyzed. Authors showed the reasons of complicated political status of both territories. In the article the attention to the historical aspects of Crimea and Puerto Rico existence are accented. Authors described a list of the international legal acts, which were violated. The way of solution of the difficult situation in Puerto Rico is proposed. In the article the real situation in the Crimea is shown. Authors came to conclusion that the situation in the Crimea and Puerto Rico is absolutely different, it is completely inappropriate to draw parallels between Crimea and Puerto Rico, because in Ukraine there is the military aggression, occupation of the territory of another state, violation of its territorial integrity and independence – a direct violation of the norms of international public law and international treaties, which were signed by Russian Federation: Puerto Rico was the colony in the past and the Crimea is the part of independent and sovereign state.
