Technology Transfer Using The Brain Circulation Model In Science And Technology Parks

Abstract

"The brain drain is substituted by brain circulation in the globalization process and social networking. The brain drain can be an opportunity by using the human knowledge in development. So it is not necessary to settle elite in national region with regards to brain circulation model. The technology transfer occurs by going on the other region and acquiring the knowledge.Isfahan Science and Technology Town provides the preliminary communications with the Iranian scientists. The consequence is development of several high technology companies. In this paper, we describe the activity carried out in this regard with the expression of the case studies after a preliminary expression in brain circulation model and introducing the ISTT plan."
