Technoparks as an organizational mechanism for the implementation of energy- and resource-saving technologies

Abstract
The article analyzes the world experience in implementation of technology parks, their efficiency, energy- and resource-saving modes. It has been revealed that technoparks are one of the priority directions of integration of science and production. The research works by foreign and domestic scientists, who have studied the question of technology parks formation and functioning in Ukraine, are analyzed. The present state of industrial parks, trends of activity, problems of their development in the conditions of the Ukrainian infrastructure are determined. The essence, main goals and functions of technoparks as an effective means of improving innovation development are highlighted. The importance of industrial parks at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian industry is emphasized. The ways to realize the technology parks formation strategy in the territory of Ukraine are determined.
