TEMPORARY VARIABILITY AND DISTRIBUTION OF WATER QUALITY INDICATORS BY THE EXAMPLE OF DNIESTER – BELYAEVKA

Abstract
In the process of writing the article, the essence of the laws of the distribution of water quality indicators is considered, the method of forecasting is given which allows determining the values of water quality indicators in a given accounting year with a given security for the assessment of water quality and for the valuation of wastewater discharges. The assessment of water quality and the regulation of discharges of pollutants with sewage into water bodies are important ecological tasks. The assessment of water quality can be considered as an independent task, but the calculation of maximum allowable discharges of pollutants involves an assessment of the quality of water in the control structure of the water object, taking into account its background state (above discharge of sewage in the river). The assessment of the quality of water in accordance with the norms of the countries of the European Union is carried out by analyzing the frequency of exceeding the norms by quality indicators: the water object of fishery management meets the requirements of the norms, if for each indicator the number of exceedances of the optimal (constant) norm is not more than 5% of the total value of this indicator , used in the assessment of water quality; according to sanitary norms - 10%. This means that for the analyzed period of time for each indicator in only 5 or 10 cases out of 100 permissible exceedances of the permanent norm.
