TENTATIVE D AUTOLYSE PAR LE FEU : LA PRISE EN CHARGE DES BRULES A LA PHASE AIGUE PAR UN CHIRURGIEN PLASTICIEN.

Abstract
La tentative de suicide par le feu est dans certains pays une pratique couramment employ?e afin de mettre fin ? ses jours. Des ?tudes ont ?t? r?alis?es sur ce sujet dans de nombreux pays d?velopp?s et en voie de d?veloppement. Cependant, au Maroc, nous n?avons pas de donn?es r?centes sur ce sujet. Au service des br?l?s de l?h?pital militaire d?instruction Mohamed V de Rabat, nous avons r?alis? une ?tude r?trospective sur ces brul?s, sur une p?riode s??talant de 2013 ? 2017. Nous avons ?tudi? la pr?valence, et les caract?ristiques de ces malades ainsi que les principes de leur prise en charge chirurgicale ? la phase pr?coce. La prise en charge chirurgicale ? la phase pr?coce de ces malades a consist?, selon le cas, en des incisions de d?charges, une trach?otomie, une tarsorraphie ou encore une excision des tissus n?crotiques.
