TEORETICAL-METHODICAL BASES OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE 

Abstract

The most widespread scientifically methodical approaches to the determination of enterprise, its role, place and value in becoming of market economy are considered in the article. Classic liberal theories are considered, in which a businessman is examined like a person who has the special enterprise abilities, can risk and wants it. A classic theory does not exaine any approaches to the enterprise, except for economic. The classical theory does not specify any approaches to entrepreneurship, except to economic ones. Theoretical-methodological approaches to the definition of entrepreneurship, its role and meaning in the development of the economy, are generalized and offered in classical theories. Common features of scientific approaches to entrepreneurship are identified too: the classical theories don’t consider the processes relating to entrepreneurship, technology entrepreneurship and they don’t stressed the social aspects of management business; entrepreneurship is seen like a phenomenon that you cannot separate from the capital that is a key factor of its functioning. The article determines that modern economic theories of entrepreneurship are aimed to the transition from the descriptive nature what was envisioned in the classical theories. Modern economic science, examining the problem of entrepreneurship, find, like the prime purpose, the development of effective tools what are aimed at solving the issues of sustainable socio-economic development. Areas in which the studies of entrepreneurship develop in the middle of the twentieth and early twenty-first century are highlighted: the direction, that focuses on socio-economic problems of entrepreneurship; the direction, which systematically examines entrepreneurship as part of socio-economic systems; the direction that defines entrepreneurship as part of socially oriented economy; the direction that examines entrepreneurial activity in conditions of uncertainty and risk; the direction, which analyzes the organizational and managerial aspects of entrepreneurial activity and the direction, what considers the theoretical-methodological approaches to the formation of the effective regulatory policy.
