Теоретичні і практичні аспекти формування моделі екологічно обґрунтованого розвитку економіки у співвідношенні з тенденціями глобалізації

Abstract
The article states that the modern state of the environment requires formation of ecological awareness of individuals and society. In the article it has been shown that the protection of nature is one of the main priority in Ukraine, since the conservation of biological and landscape diversity is the basis that provides the possibility for nature management and society development. The ecologization of economics and transition to the sustainable development provide the balanced solutions of social-economic problems, the problems concerning favorable condition of environment and nature resource potential for purposes of the necessities of life of present and future generations satisfaction. The features of forming and realization of state ecological policy in Ukraine are considered. Problem aspects and contradictions of existent mechanism of forming and realization of state ecological policy are selected. Directions of improvement of mechanism of forming and realization of state ecological policy are offered in Ukraine. In article the basic spheres of public ability to live in which transition bases to a sustainable development in the conditions of modern Ukraine, and also the problems connected with them and contradictions are formed are considered. The attention is paid to ways of their decision for the purpose of realisation of the effective mechanism of wildlife management and national strategy of a sustainable development. The paper highlights the theoretical and methodological principles related to the organization of the transition of enterprises to the ecological methods of economic activities. The strategy of the ecological orientation of production and the organizational and economic mechanism of its realization are substantiated. The stages of the transition of enterprises with various forms of economic activities to ecologically oriented production are identified. Тhe author suggests organizing specialized enterprises of small forms of economic activities, as well as creating intrafactory production subdivisions and ecologically oriented production. The prevailing measures for the transition to the ecologically oriented production in the context of various formations are determined.
