Abstract
У статті охарактеризовані теоретичні основи визначення ефективності масової оцінки земельних ділянок в сучасних умовах. Наведено поняття термінів ефект і ефективність як економічних категорій їх класифікацій та значень при масовій оцінці земельних ділянок.
