Abstract
S. Zakharov. Theoretical bases оf the development of business units as elements of integrated corporate structures. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis and systematization of the views of various scientists on the economic category "enterprise development". The main characteristics and laws of the process of enterprise development are investigated. The specifics of the functioning and development of business units that are part of integrated corporate structures are defined. The author's definition of the term "development of integrated business units" is proposed. In the course of a theoretical analysis of the results of research conducted by other authors, it is established that there is no unambiguous and consistent definition of the concept of "enterprise development". There are many definitions. The systematization of existing definitions allows us to define three basic approaches to the interpretation of the term "enterprise development". Within the framework of the first, development is explored through the properties of the system, that is, the enterprise itself; in the second, a semantic analysis of development as a definition takes place; the third assumes a comparative description of development with other scientific categories. In the process of research, the main laws and characteristics of the enterprise development process are defined. Also, the main features of business units that are part of integrated groups are explored. They are limited independence in making strategic, investment and financial decisions, as well as the possible divergence of the current objectives of the individual business unit and the group as a whole. With these features in mind, an author's definition of the concept of "developing a business unit of an integrated corporate group" is formed, which is understood as a logical, purposeful process of transforming an open dynamic system in space and time that occurs under strategic, financial and investment constraints, and the possible inconsistency of the company's tactical goals And the parent company, and leads to a quantitative and qualitative change in the properties of the system, increasing efficiency Its functioning.
