TEORIJSKO I PRAKTIČNO VREDNOVANJE RUDARSKOG PROJEKTIRANJA

Abstract
Rudarski je projekt odrednica i vodilja svih aktivnosti u praksi i općenito nije vrednovan adekvatno njegovu značenju. U projektantskim je podlogama uvijek prisutan rizik. Minimum je istraživanja propisan. Usvojeno zakonodavstvo širi krug izrađivača projekata. Postupak verifikacije ne pridonosi dostatno kvaliteti izrade. Projektantski nadzor nije ni obveza niti praksa, U članku se ističe značenje projektiranja, važnost projektnih podloga i uvodi prag istraženosti kao rudarsko-geološko-ekonomski kriterij. Projektnim zadatkom treba potencirati kreativnost projektanta. Reviziju projekta treba proširiti i usmjeriti na njegove bitne odrednice, uz uvođenje projektantskog nadzora koji je opravdan.
