ТЕРМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВЫ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ КРЕМНИЯ ИЗ ОТХОДОВ РИСОВОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА

Abstract
In this paper, an alternative source of raw materials for silicon production is considered, which is used as a multi-tonnage waste of rice production, in particular, rice husks. In its composition, rice husk consists of lignin, cellulose and silicon dioxide, and by subjecting the rice husks to special processing, it is possible to obtain silicon that will meet all the requirements for industrial production, which in turn opens up new renewable sources of raw materials for silicon production. The development of a low-waste technology for processing the mineral part of rice husks in silicon is an urgent task, both from an economic and ecological point of view. According to the data of thermodynamic calculations, the dependencies of the equilibrium phase composition on the temperature during the thermal destruction of rice husk in various media have been established and the optimum conditions for the silicon production process have been determined.
