TERRORISM AND TERRORIST ACTS AS A MECHANISM ORGANIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONFLICTS

Abstract
The study of terrorism and terrorist acts in the interpretation of international conflicts is an urgent problem of the ХХI st century. These phenomena pose a direct threat to citizens and national security of states. In the international sphere, they endanger the world community; destroy interstate relations, leading them to armed conflicts that take the lives of innocent citizens. In a destructive situation, the organizers of criminal terrorist acts interfere in the internal affairs of countries and establish total control over sovereign politicians. Exposing criminal, terrorist organizations to prevent terrorist threats is a necessity of modern reality.
