Tersaneler için Bir Üretim Planlama ve Kontrol Metodoloji Önerisi

Abstract
Müşteri odaklı ve siparişe özel çalışan tersanelerin yaşadıkları zorluklardan biri de üretimin planlanması ilerlemenin kontrol edilmesidir. Bu zorluk üretimin kendi dinamikleri çerçevesinde ilerlemesine ve denetim dışı yürümesine neden olmaktadır. Yüksek süreç içi stok seviyesi bu tarz gemi inşaatının içinden çıkılmaz hale gelmesine sebep olan faktörlerden birisidir. Süreç içi stok seviyesinin yüksek olmasının bir diğer olumsuz tesiri de üretim ortamındaki problemleri gizlemesi ve dolayısıyla da çözümünü zorlaştırmasıdır. Bu çalışmada bahsedilen mantığa göre çalışan tersaneler için mevcut performans değerlerine göre güncellenen bir planlama usulü ve geminin çelik tekne kısmının üretimi esnasında süreç içi stok seviyesinin aşırı artmasını önlemeye yardımcı olacak bir üretim kontrol sistemi modeli araştırması yapılmıştır. Ortaya konulacak olan modelin bu tip tersaneler için bir başlangıç uygulaması olabileceği düşünülmektedir.
