The adaptation of economic legislation to the demands in the EU of the stable development

Abstract
The main characteristics features are systematized according to the methods of harmonization of law values; and the uniting of suitable laws on the economical usage of natural resources under stable development. Moreover the above given subject is estimated by the adopted laws on the organization of legal forms using in the investments economic activity. Such economic activity is based on the contacts of goods distribution and the fundamentals of ecological laws
