THE ALGORITHM OF PREPARING THE DIVERSIFICATION IMPLEMENTATION AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Nowadays the diversification is one of the most popular directions in the enterprise’s economy. Generally the company diversification is considered to be a double-edged phenomenon and in each case both negative and positive post-effects of the diversification should be observed. Thus, the process of the preparing diversification is significant for the enterprise. The diversification’s efficiency mostly depends on strict staff actions, precise calculations of indicators when implementing the diversification.In foreign and domestic literature there are a variety of graphs, algorithms and schemes that show the diversification process at the enterprise. However, the majority of them show general theoretical statements without any practical guidelines:1) the way one should choose the goods for the implementation of concentric diversification at the enterprise;2) the way to assess the possibilities of the enterprise when choosing different variants of producing new goods;3) what can be the ground for the preceding efficiency’s assessment of implementing the diversification;4) what kind of experts are to be in the group when preparing the diversification’s implementation etc.This article is devoted to the creation of the flowchart algorithm when preparing the diversification implementation at the enterprise. Much attention is also paid to ideology of creating the flowchart and the principles of its functioning. The idea of permanent politics when implementing the diversification underlies the creation of the flowchart, the diversification’s efficiency is assessed via the achievement of a synergy effect. On the basis of the created flowchart the team of experts in questions of diversification implementation was defined.
