THE ALGORITHM OF SELECTION OF THE COMBINATION RULES

Abstract
The adaptive algorithm for selecting of combination of rule was proposed in this paper. The adaptivity of this algorithm consists in that depending on the set of formed criteria and the struc-ture of experts’ judgments one of the considered combination rules are selected for each pair of expert judgments. The proposed algorithm allows to obtain combined experts’ opinion with the lowest possible level of uncertainty. The algorithm provides a cut-off of combination rules that do not satisfy a given set of criteria. Based on the principle of a minimum of uncertainty, we pro-posed to select the rule that minimizes the value of the contradiction measure and maximizing the value of the specificity measure of the result of combination. As a rule selection criteria could be recommended the analysis model (Dempster model, Dezer-Smarandache model), structure of individual expert judgments, experts’ competence, the nature of the analyzed data (information about conflict and consensus, information about the degree of interaction and etc.) The overview of the measures based on Shannon entropy approach and plausibility, credibility or pignistic probability functions for estimation the level of uncertainty has done in this article. The set of numerical examples of selection the combination rules are given.
