THE ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL PRACTICE OF EUTHANASIA

Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyze the legal practice on killing of a person at his request. Nowadays euthanasia is one of the most controversial issue of national and international law. The international law does not have neither a clear name nor a clear attitude towards this phenomenon. However, many countries around the world discuss the issue of legalization of euthanasia, because the lack of legal practice leaves several issue unresolved.
