THE ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEMS OF FINANCIAL CONTROL IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the effectiveness of financial control of budgetary institutions in Ukraine under conditions of decentralization. A number of positive changes in the work of state management were revealed. The analysis of the future threats that provoke offenses in the budget sphere. Also, those that create problems in the work of local self-government bodies. The expediency of reforming the mechanism of financial control of budgetary institutions at the local level is substantiated.
