The analysis sales of the right to lease agricultural land of state ownership

Abstract
The authors has analyzed of the modern regulatory and legal support land market in Ukraine. The propose approaches to determine the legal, organizational and economic principles that arise in the process of preparing and selling land lots for ensuring the further development of land market relations, activization of investment activities, increase revenues to the state and local budgets.
