THE AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE ON THE PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF CREATIVITY OF PERSONNEL

Abstract
In the article creative management is considered as an integral part of enterprise personnel management system. On the basis of the systematic approach, the characteristic of historical approaches to the formation of personnel management is given. The emphasis is placed on the need to introduce the latest forms of creative potential management of creative employees. Proposed conditions that will promote the development of the enterprise on the basis of creativity.
