THE ASSESSMENT OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE HEAD OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the labor potential of the head of local government. A sociological survey, on the basis of which conclusions are made about the hierarchy of the structure of the labor potential of the head of the local government. The characteristics of the labor potential of the head of local government in order of their priority are arranged. The attitude of subordinates (municipal employees and employees of local self-government) to the labor potential of the Manager and to his individual characteristics is analyzed. The value of the labor potential of the head in the system of local self-government is noted. The possibility of further application of the results is indicate.
