THE ASYNCHRONICITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE BANKING SYSTEM OF UKRAINE AS THE FACTOR OF THREAT IN THE EURO-INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The author disclosed one of the problems of the development of the banking system of Ukraine; this is its asynchronous nature. Theoretical principles of asynchrony as the properties of the economic system and its typing are revealed. This made it possible to determine that the nature of this property is a factor of threats to the financial security of the banking system of Ukraine as a result of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union. As the asynchrony in the development of the EU banking system is a component of the usual evolutionary development process, the domestic banking system is a process, in which there is a significant difference in the establishment and functioning of the European banking system. That is, this phenomenon is accompanied by the prolonged heterogeneity of cycles, phases of development and the ambiguous reaction of its elements to changes in external and internal conditions.
