THE AUDIT OF PERSONNEL AS A PREREQUISITE FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The essence of the personnel audit is analyzed in the article, its role and place in the increasing competitiveness system of the enterprise is defined, the results of research on the problems of enterprise’s personnel audit are presented. An overview of the main benefits that can be derived from the implementation of this procedure is made. The proposals of leading audit companies in the indicated market of services and contradictions concerning demand for them are determined. The results of research on the problems of the enterprise’s personnel audit are presented. The necessity of combining the efforts of external and internal auditors is proved.
