The autonomy of legal consciousness as a factor of fighting corruption in Russian society

Abstract
The article is devoted to the influence of such a heteronomous factor ascorruption on the moral and legal consciousness, which negatively affects the spiritual world of subjects of law. The article traces historical studies of the heteronomy of legal consciousness. It is asserted that autonomous legal consciousness is the most important factor in fighting corruption.
