Abstract
Fundamental change in the external conditions of economic processes in Ukraine requires revision of the economic content of the category of "payroll", in particular its understanding not only as a source of financial security, but also a tool for managing the results of activities of economic entities. a leading question is the organization of payment of labour is the effective management of wage fund as the regulatory functions of state institutions regulatory vector, social, and economic. the entities proposing new criteria for evaluating the efficiency of fund management remuneration, taking into account the characteristic features and specifics of economic activity, methods of personnel management.
