Abstract
As a result of accumulated experience from the past generations, today, all the world’s cultures have an extensive knowledge of herbal medicine. Plants are a valuable source of a wide range of secondary metabolites, which are used as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, flavours, fragrances, colours, biopesticides and food additives. This study was designed to highlight the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Foeniculum vulgare.
