The circumstances to be proven in the investigation of smuggling

Abstract
The article examines and investigates the circumstances to be proven in the investigation of smuggling. It was stressed that the establishment of investigating all the circumstances belonging to the subject of proof in practice provides comprehensive and unbiased investigation of contraband.
