Abstract:Acting as the third pole of China's economic growth, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the most developed economy center in the north, meanwhile the biggest industrial cluster. It is the excellent geographical location around the Bohai gulf, solid industrial base, strong technology force that makeBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei region being concerned by government for many years.This paper puts forward the corresponding measures to realize the aim to solve the problems.
