the comparative study of canoeing progressive approaches in iran from athletes, coaches and experts point of view

Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is investigation of athletics, coaches and boards responsibilities watchtower about the ways for progress championship rowing sport in the country. Statistics example of this investigation, including 50 national teams athletics, 76 coaches, 21 boards chiefs, that of form in all 147. The investigation variables including 35 cases that classification in seven groups mold with principle analysis factor. The results are showing that every three groups athletics, coaches and boards chiefs associate between seventh groups variables in this investigation introduce (maintaining more extraterritorial competitions, maintaining two or many-sided camps with famous countries, maintaining long-term camps and accompanying coaches, athletics and federation responsible goals). More important factors in progress country rowing sport championship dimension. from 35 petty variables in this investigation, from total studying groups watchtower, there important factor in progress country rowing sport championship dimension was in proper order importance ,increase ski and equipments, support and multilateral protect from physical-education organization and using from psychologist for athletics and providing future career for national team's athletics.
