THE COMPETITIVE MECHANISM FOR SELECTION OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS

Abstract
The sequence of planning the implementation of public-private partnership is considered in the article. The mechanism of concession bid in the port industry is analyzed. Recommendations to improve the assessment procedures the bids are developed.
