THE CONCEPT AND STRUCTURE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL OBLIGATION

Abstract
The article reveals the content of category of «environmental obligation» and its role in the regulation of environmental relations. The author offers a definition of a legal obligation as a measure of good behavior, the implementation of which can be done by taking certain action or by refraining from taking certain actions and the mixed model, which is used in cases where the duty to implement one should simultaneously respected and active and passive behavior. It is noted that because of the environmental obligation is met interested person on any subjective environmental law. In environmental law established a duty for the benefit and environmental interests in society.
