THE CONCEPT OF AN INNOVATIVE SOCIETY: SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL DISCOURSE

Abstract
Problem setting. The essence of the innovative society and the conditions for its formation are falsified in the article. Features of innovative type of social development are considered. The content of the basic theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the essence of innovation is disclosed. Differences in understanding of innovations in a context of various spheres of ability to live of a society are revealed. The history of development of the theory of innovations is considered. Analysis of recent researches and publications. In modern scientific literature problems innovations, innovative development, innovative society is one of the most important and actively discussed ( A.Hetman, S.Glazyev, S.Ivanov, I.Koval, V.Komarov, L.Musina, O.Orlyk, A. Petrishin, S. Prylypko, N. Rogoza, V. Tatsy, L.Shevchenko et al.). At the same time, they remain one of the most controversial as scientific approaches to their review, undertaken by different researchers differ significantly from each other. Tim most updated scientific conceptualization of issues related to the search for sources and perspectives of innovation and social and philosophical analysis of the essence of innovation society. Article’s main body. The article reveals the contents of the main theoretical methodological approaches to understanding the essence of innovation. Reveals differences in the understanding of innovation in voluntarily, the different spheres of society. The history of the development of the theory of innovation. Analyzes the essence of an innovative society and its formation conditions. The features of the innovative type of social development. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Innovative society as a new historical stage in the development of world civilization marks the transition from a society based on industrial technologies to society, the basic content of which is innovation, new scientific knowledge and highly efficient national innovation system. It connects humanity with innovations their future, seeing them as the main source of social needs and the most important means of solving practical and spiritual problems. Innovation acquire status main indicator of social progress. Because of this, they are the main priority of the state and society determine the formation of a new type.
