Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual provisions of development of the economic cooperation of Ukraine with the EU countries on the basis of increasing energy efficiency of economies. The proposed concept defines and describes the preconditions, directions of economic cooperation; the mechanism of their implementation is presented.
