THE CONCEPT OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF CONVICTS

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of international mechanisms for the implementation of the rights of convicts. The correlation of the indicated legal phenomenon with such concepts as standard, guarantee and mechanism of legal regulation is studied. Specific features of international mechanisms of realization of rights of convicts are given and the definition of this concept is formulated.
