THE CONCEPT OF INVALID TRANSACTIONS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CONCEPT OF THE TRANSACTION

Abstract

In this article from the perspective of the technological paradigm deals with the category of «invalidity of a transaction». As its basis it uses the requirements of the technological process, mediated in local regulatory legal acts. The system of norms regulating these relationships are inherent in the normative separateness, a certain subject structure, the legal mechanism of their implementation.
