The Concept of Smart Room in Hotels

Abstract

The concept of smart room the foremost feature comes into our mind is automated, highly efficient, use of technology and more. The way world is shaping towards more and more technological advancement is bound to happen and thus changes in the dynamics of a guest room is also changing with time. The guest expectation towards the hospitality industry is also changing and the same old question of how to satisfy guest expectation comes back into the picture. The answer is the smart room. Smart room can include a variety of features and structure.
