THE CONCEPT OF SOFT LAW IN FORMATION OF STRATEGIC COOPERATION REGULATION PRINCIPLES

Abstract
The article highlights peculiarities of the soft law functioning in regulation principles formation of bilateral strategic cooperation. Modern concepts of soft law application in the frame of international law have been analyzed and the views of domestic and foreign scientists upon this phenomenon in the context of the legal framework of bilateral relations between the countries are summed up. Different types of legal norms are being characterized from the point of their legal obligation and the advantages and disadvantages of their application in the agreements in view of current world trends.
