THE CONCEPT OF THE FACTOR "CORRUPTION" AND THE CAUSES OF ITS EXPANSION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of corruption and its features. Are the main causes of prosperity of corruption in Ukraine, and also carried out an analysis of the errors in strategy and tactics to combat this illegal phenomenon. Summarized the main groups of imperfection of the law, which increases the likelihood of corruption.
