THE CONCEPT OF THE SOCIAL STATE IN THE POLISH LEGAL DOCTRINE

Abstract
It is considered that changes in political and economic systems in Poland led to its social policy reformation. The peculiarities of a new (multilevel) system formation of social activity, which is based on the collaboration between state and self-governing institutions and public organizations, are analyzed in the article. The modern approaches of social politics realization in the Republic of Poland are researched. The influence of the European Union social policy on the practice of the member states (on the example of Poland) is analyzed in the manuscript.
