THE CONDITIONS OF FORMATION STATE INVESTMENT POLICY OF «NEW GENERATION»

Abstract
The article describes the conditions of formation the state investment policy of "new generation", which would ensure the solution of the common tasks of sustainable social and economic development and an effective response to global economic and financial turmoil in order to avoid future crises. It is established that the growth of national economies depends on the degree and degree of state interference in economic processes. It is proved that developing countries and countries with economies in transition are currently the main areas of direct foreign investment, and their importance as recipients of foreign direct investment continues to grow. The key aspects of the investment policy of the "new generation" that are transformed into specific challenges to the formation of the state investment policy at the national level and its harmonization with the conditions put forward at the international level are determined.
