THE CONSEPT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF INFORMATION OFFENSES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of information offences. The author analyzes the norms of national legislation which define certain types of these offences. As a result of the research a definition of information offence is proposed and its distinctive characteristics are highlighted.
