THE CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract
The article is reveals basic constitutional requirement of legal regulation in the sphere of economic security, including legislative and regulatory regulation regulations. Been determined the main criteria of legal regulation in the sphere of economic security under the rule of law. Has formulated the basic criteria of parliamentary overview of the acts with limited access that is regulated governing covert methods of investigation.
