Abstract
In this article is devoted the constitutional aspects of legal position of internally displaced persons in terms of non-dis- crimination in Ukraine Based on comparative analysis of the characteristics of the definition of the legal position this per- sons in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and international legal acts and jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
