The contract a presence as basis of legal relations of soccer agents

Abstract
In the article the results of analysis of FIFA Regulation are presented on status and transfer of players (2009), Regulation of Federation of football of Ukraine in relation to activity of agents of footballers (2003), which showed that co-operation of agent with a professional footballer was established the basis of contract on presentation of interests, and player with a club – on the basis of labour contract – contract, the right and duties, financial obligations of club, disciplinary sanctions, terms of the disputes resolutions.
