The corporate of production management alternatives

Abstract
The article convincingly proved that management comprises four independent interconnected functions - planning, accounting, diagnosis and control; exception control cycle of any of these functions makes it impossible to control, or at least ineffective. It is proved from the point of view of cybernetics, any of the control functions can be called subsystem functionally advanced strategic management activity of the enterprise (association), and, accordingly, it is quite legitimate to favor a clear selection in the functional development of the system of strategic management of business activities and production associations integrated economic subsystem diagnostics. Among the prospects for further research actuality different question defining the role of integrated economic subsystems diagnostics in system of strategic management and others.
