THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL CHARACTERISTIC OF ILLEGAL COLLECTING WITH GOAL TO USE OR USING OF INFORMATION’S WHICH IS CONTAINED THE TRADE SECRET

Abstract
In article the criminal-legal characteristic of illegal collecting with goal to use or using of information’s which is contained the trade secret (article 231 of Criminal Code of Ukraine) is carry out. The objective and subjective signs of corpuc delict which is encroached to the trade secret as object of intellectual property are considered by the author’s. The deals are improved in the existing criminal legislative of Ukraine by protecting of on trade secret.
